Premature Ejaculation Exercises

There are many exercises for delayed ejaculation, but we’ll cover the most effective ones. While these ejaculatory control exercises and techniques aren’t lifelong treatments, they may help to delay orgasm and result in a more pleasurable sexual experience for all parties involved.


Doing a kegel exercise for premature ejaculation will help strengthen the ischiocavernosus and bulbocavernosus muscles which are located in the pelvic floor muscle area. These are found around the penis and are active when it becomes aroused.   


  • Back Squeeze Method - Lie on the floor (carpet works best for comfort, otherwise use a yoga mat) with your hands flat with knees bent and pointing upward. Relax your breathing. Draw your penis inward toward your body and hold for five seconds before releasing. Next, squeeze your anus muscles and hold for five seconds before releasing. Make sure your pelvic floor muscles are engaged.
  • Side Squeeze Method - Lie on the floor on your side. Put a pillow between your legs to help spread your legs apart. Squeeze your legs together and hold for five seconds before release.
  • Chair Squeeze Method - Sit on a chair and relax your breathing. Squeeze your penis like you’re stopping urine flow from coming out. Hold it for five seconds. Only squeeze as hard as you're comfortable with.


Do any or all of these therapeutic exercises in o five sets with ten repetitions per set. Regularly doing these exercises, as well as calming breathing, will help delay ejaculation.

How To Not Cum Fast

The most simple fix for premature ejaculation is becoming calm during sex. Slow down and be more relaxed with your partner. If you feel like you're in a rush, it can lead to premature ejaculation.
